Each day is a new day to learn and acquire new skills or build on those that you choose to focus on.
Reading and writing are part of my daily routine for improving upon my knowledge while feeding my curiosity of all there is to know. Create drawings, watercolor paintings, acrylic paintings, printmaking, photography, sculpture, any and all art forms!
Drawing is where it all began with me when I was in junior high. Printmaking was my major within my Art Studio degree from École Nationale Supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Paris and has been my art form of choice for over 20 years. I received my Single Subject Teaching Credential in Art at San Francisco State University and became a member of The Graphic Arts Workshop, a printmaking cooperative. I taught art and photography at the high school level, with a wet darkroom and digital darkroom using Photoshop for 10 years and loved it. Now ready to teach online too and I look forward to working with you!

Paul offered some suggestions for my art student that can be implemented immediately to improve, and organized some topics for future lessons to fill in the knowledge gaps.
Paul is extremely passionate, positive, and well-prepared for each session. He is very talented and has examples and tools to develop drawings. The student is 9 years old and expressed an interest in learning all phases of drawing. Paul began with some elements of the face and shading with different pencils. That said, we would recommend Paul for future tutoring.
He was very helpful. He made sure we understood everything. He broke it down into segments. He made sure my daughter knew how to work the program . This was our first time with him but it was good.
Paul has been helping me improve my drawing ability and he has been fantastic! He listens to what I am interested in and has great ideas on how to develop my skills so I can get there! I really enjoy my sessions with him. He is fun and flexible AND he knows so much - I will be working with him for a long time. We start on-time and work the full hour. It is always productive and fun.
